Right to cancel a purchase, returns and replacements
For goods bought via our website or over the phone, by law you have 14 days from the time of receipt of goods, during which you have the right to cancel a purchase. In the case of replacement or return, send the goods in the same condition that they arrived. The goods can be returned in the same packaging in which they were delivered and must not, in the case of self-assembly goods, be part of fully assembled. Do not forget to pay the postage. If you wish to cancel your purchase or if you wish to make a change, you are responsible for the return postage costs. The right to return goods or replace goods naturally does not apply if the goods have been used.
If the goods are faulty or have been sent incorrectly, we are responsible for the cost of the return postage costs. In that case contact us on 01482 666323 or 07877710748 for further instructions.
In the case of a return, we will refund your money within 14 days of being notified of the return, although not until the goods have been received and checked by us. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
For goods purchased in store, please return faulty goods to our shop in the same condition as they were purchased, for examination. For goods we have provided a shipping service for, contact us and we will organise collection. Where goods are faulty, this will be free of charge.
