Delivery
Many of our items ordered online are delivered direct to your door, free of charge. For larger items, such as sofas, this can mean pallet delivery on a national basis. Locally, within Hull and surrounding areas we can deliver to your chosen room from our store.
For orders outside Hull and surrounding areas (within 30 miles of our store and where a ‘to the room’ option hasn’t been taken) where a pallet is required, then this will be placed on your driveway but could be the pavement outside your home if you only have a small gated access, or externally on the ground floor if you reside in a flat.
You will need to make arrangements yourself for any assistance needed in bringing the items into your home.
Delivery in Hull and surrounding areas, where assembly and delivery to the room is required, then this is provided at an extra small charge. Contact us before placing your order if this is required.
Assembly
The majority of furniture requires some level of assembly, which ranges from simply attaching feet, to fully assembling flat-packed items. Most sofas require the backrest attaching to the base for example. Where an item requires extensive work, we include under the ‘FLATPACK’ heading.
We give a specific description where an item requires more than just an average amount of assembly.
We do offer an assembly service, where a customer may feel that assembly is not for them. This is a charged-for service, so please contact us for more information.
